Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the ezwin platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ezwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ezwin account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ezwin immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ezwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, ezwin may require you to complete identity verification procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID. ezwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
ezwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ezwin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ezwin reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Players may also set personal deposit limits through their account settings as part of the platform's responsible gaming tools.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms:

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ezwin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which ezwin accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ezwin are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. ezwin actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting errors or loopholes in promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, ezwin reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
All games available on the ezwin platform — including Slots, Bingo, Callbreak Quick, Triple, and Live Dealer games — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or platform intervention.
Each game on the ezwin platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed within the game interface and any other communication, the rules displayed within the game interface shall prevail.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ezwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ezwin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ezwin platform without the prior written consent of the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ezwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ezwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ezwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The ezwin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ezwin makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy, the Company does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
ezwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how ezwin handles your personal information are set out in the ezwin Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
By registering on the ezwin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ezwin reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, ezwin may forfeit your account balance in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
You may close your ezwin account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
ezwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ezwin will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the ezwin platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the ezwin platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent ezwin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
